-The village board of trustees will hold a special meeting on Tuesday at 6 p.m. inside village hall located on Grace Church Street.
-Every month Rye's Current Events Book Group meets inside the Rye Free Reading Room at 6:30 p.m. to discuss timely novels. This month's book is entitled "One Nations Under AARP: The Fight over Medicare, Social Security, and America's Future" by Frederick R. Lynch.
-Meet author Haley Tanner of the top selling novel "Vaclav and Lena" at 7 p.m. in the Rye Free Reading Room.
-Rye Brook's Village Board of Trustees will meet on Tuesday at 7 p.m. inside village hall.
-The Town of Rye will have a meeting of the town board on Tuesday starting at 7:30 p.m. inside town hall.
Wednesday
-The Village of Port Chester Waterfront Commission will hold a public workshop at 7:30 p.m. inside the senior center. Members of the public are welcome to come and weigh in on the commission's working draft.
Thursday
-Port Chester's School District will hold a vocal concert featuring students from throughout the district starting at 7 p.m. inside the middle school auditorium.
-The Port Chester-Rye Brook Public Library is offering homework help from 3:15 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. in the children's room.
Friday
-Blind Brook Schools will host a hypnotist inside the high school auditorium on Friday evening at 7:30 p.m.
