The Westchester District Attorney's office confirm the arrest of the 27-year-old Bouche, according to the report.
Bouche allegedly injured a Yonkers investigator assigned to the District Attorney’s office in a hit-and-run on Friday morning.
The hit-and-run took place on East Lincoln Avenue and Station Place. The investigator intended to interview Bouche about a pending case when the suspect sped off, striking the investigator.
Bouche hit several parked cars before abandoning his vehicle and fleeing on foot, police said.
Bouche was arrested in Mount Vernon in 2009 in connection to the murder of Shomari Knox, whose criminal history also includes drug possession charges.
