PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Port Chester police arrested a pair of Westchester men accused of stealing grease from a receptacle behind a restaurant, according to a story on Patch. com.
Michael Frazier-Footes, 40, 39 Elliot Street, Mount Vernon, and Michael Rush, 50, 23 First Street, New Rochelle, each were charged with attempted petit larceny, the story said.
At about 4:40 a.m. Nov. 25, a Cousin Frankie’s employee arrived at the restaurant at 112 Willett Ave. and saw two men siphoning grease from a vat outside, said Lt. James Ladeairous, according to the Patch.com story. The employee called police and the pair took off in a dark blue van police later identified and pulled over, the story said.
