Pagano, who was also running on the Conservative and Independent party lines, received 1,585 votes. Pilla, a Democrat, received 1,347 votes. Pilla served three terms as mayor. Pagano, the chairman of the Port Chester Industrial Development Agency, was making his first run at public office.
Elected to the Board of Trustees were: Luis Marino (D), Daniel Brakewood (D), Gene Ceccarelli (Pride in Port Chester), Saverio Terenzi (R, C, I), Gregory Adams (D) and Joseph Kenner (R). Ceccarelli is a newcomer to the board and Adams served on the board previously, while the rest are incumbents. Incumbent Trustee Bart Didden (C, I) was defeated.

- Ricardo Dos Anjos: 1,156
- John Reavis: 443
Pagano will serve a two-year term as mayor. Members of the Board of Trustees serve three-year terms.
