A 60-year-old White Plains man who went missing Thursday night was found safe in Mount Vernon on Sunday.

Police said they first found Cesar Manrique's abandoned black 2008 Honda Accord in Brooklyn.

State officials are asking for the public’s assistance as they search for a “vulnerable” 60-year-old man suffering from Alzheimer’s disease who has gone missing in White Plains.

The New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse has issued an alert for Cesar Manrique, who was last seen at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Thursday in the area of Ridgeway Avenue.

Manrique is described as a 5-foot, 2-inch male weighing approximately 155 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing glasses, blue jeans, dark sneakers and a Kangol hat. It is believed Manrique may be in need of medical attention.

Officials said Manrique was last driving a 2008 black Honda Accord with a New York registration of GDG-5904. He may currently be in Queens. Anyone with information can contact investigators at the White Plains City Police Department at (914) 422-6111.
