PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- A Port Chester man charged with kidnapping in Greenwich tops this week's news.
- Diego Chica, 26, of Port Chester was charged with second-degree kidnapping after police said he held a woman against her will in Greenwich. Chica restrained the woman and dragged her 25 feet to his car, according to police.
- Port Chester's Comprehensive Plan won a Planning Achievement Award from the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation. The plan was recently enacted and led to a number of zoning law changes to reduce density and reinforce the downtown retail area.
- More rough weather might be on the way to Westchester this summer. AccuWeather released a report saying that the East Coast could experience even stronger storms than 2012 .
