I-95 Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Causes Heavy Delays

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- An accident involving a jackknifed tractor-trailer Wednesday morning caused heavy delays on I-95 south between the New Rochelle tolls and Exit 16 for North Avenue/Cedar Street.

The accident was reported at 6:39 a.m. and originally blocked two lanes before moving to the shoulder.

Congested and stopped traffic was reported in the area.
