Hottest Day Of Year In Store For Port Chester

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Westchester County's first heat wave will reach its peak on Tuesday before cooling off quickly on Wednesday.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny with high temperatures around 90 degrees. Scattered thunderstorms could roll through the area in the afternoon.

Wednesday will remain sunny, but much cooler with temperatures closer to the seasonal norm. Expect a breezy day with high temperatures to be in the mid 60s.

Thursday will remain sunny and in the mid 60s before clouds move into the area on Friday and throughout the weekend.
