Brauer is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and she specializes in disorders affecting couples attempting to conceive, including endrocrenological, ovaluatory and anatomical issues.
infertility varies with age, according to Brauer. In couples younger than 35, it is defined as people who try to conceive without success within 12 months. For couples older than 35, infertility is described as couples who try to conceive for six months or more with no success.

"IVF treatments and the efficiency and technology, freezing of embryos and eggs have changed dramatically," said Brauer. "Slow freezing was much lower than it is currently with vitrification."
