WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services Friday morning canceled a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert that had been issued late Thursday afternoon for a 75-year-old who was believed to be driving a 2014 blue Honda Accord.
No further information was immediately released.
Thomas O'Dwyer, a white male, has dementia, a heart condition and kidney failure. He had last been in contact with family members in West Hempstead by phone on Wednesday and last seen driving.
The alert covered Westchester as well as Putnam, Orange, all of New York City and Long Island.
