NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- An accident blocked two lanes on a stretch of southbound I-95 in New Rochelle on Saturday.
The accident, reported at 1:15 p.m., was between Exit 14 (Huchinson River Parkway South) and Exit 15 (I-Route 1 in New Rochelle).
The accident was cleared by 2:30 p.m.
