Readers Choice: Mouth-To-Mouth Saves Koala

ARMONK, N.Y. - A koala in Australia is alive thanks to the efforts of a devoted rescue worker - and the video of the cuddly animal getting CPR has become an internet sensation.

A koala was hit by a car last week, then climbed a tree, where it passed out. A motorist called the group Wildlife Victoria, which in turn enlisted the help of the Country Fire Authority to get the koala down from the tree.

Video of the rescue shows a firefighter tossing the koala down to colleagues. The koala is then given a heart massage and mouth-to-mouth.
