Orchards from there provide some of the fruit for an apple brandy the company began producing in 2015, according to the New York Times.

Owners Yoni Rabino and Noah Braunstein have spent a lot of time bird-watching in the region, says the New York Times.

The Neversink apple brandy uses such New York apples as empires, galas, golden delicious, golden russet and jonagolds, says The New York Times.
