Rye Brook's Got Talent: 6 to 8:30 p.m. Kids will show off their special talents during this night of family entertainment hosted by the Blind Brook Destination Imagination Booster Club. Blind Brook Middle School/High School Auditorium, 840 King St.

Saturday, April 6

Paws to Reading with Scooby Doo: 2:30 p.m. Kids in grades 2 and up can read stories to a real dog named Scooby Doo. Register in person or by calling 914-939-6710 ext. 108. Port Chester-Rye Brook Public Library, 1 Haseco Ave.

Art Exhibit Opening Reception: 6 to 8 p.m. The Clay Art Center hosts an opening reception for the exhibit "Idea to Object." The exhibit will run through May 11 and features the work of Rebecca Chappell, Linda Lopez and Shawn Spangler. Clay Art Center, 40 Beech St.
