Friday, Dec. 7

Wiggle & Giggle Time: 9:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m. and 11 a.m. Children will wiggle to music, giggle to funny rhymes and pretend to be wild animals in this lively interactive program. Rye Free Reading Room, 1061 Boston Post Road, Rye.

Wainwright House Holiday Party: 7 to 11 p.m. Wainwright House, 260 Stuyvesant Ave., Rye. Buffet dinner by Corner Stone Caterers, music and a silent auction fundraiser. Admission is $95. Call 914-967-6080 for reservations.

Toots & The Maytals: 8 p.m. The 70th birthday celebration will have a general admission, standing-room-only floor and a reserved, seated loge and balcony. Loge and balcony ticket holders will not have access to the general admission floor. Tickets are $25 for second balcony seats, $35 for first balcony seats and floor general admission, and $50 for loge seats. This event is 18 and over. Doors for all shows open at 6:30 p.m., and music begins at 8 p.m. The Capitol Theatre is at 149 Westchester Ave., Port Chester.

Saturday, Dec. 8 – First Night of Hanukkah

King Street School Holiday Breakfast & Boutique: 9 to 11 a.m. 697 King St., Port Chester.

Rye Brook Indoor Farmers Market: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Anthony J. Posillipo Community Center, 32 Garibaldi Place, Rye Brook.

Port Chester High School Marching Band Christmas Tree Sale: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Port Chester High School Tennis Courts, 1 Tamarack Road, Port Chester.

Sculpt With Bakers Clay: 2 to 3 p.m. Westchester artist Susan Ordahl presents this fun workshop for “Big Kids.” Use salt, flour and water to make a durable dough and create ornaments that will last for years. Other innovative ideas and techniques will be shared to inspire further exploration. Ages 7 and up. Registration is required. Call 914-231-3161 or stop by the children’s room to reserve a space. Sunday, Dec. 9
