PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- The band "Slayer" will perform at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester on Wednesday, March 2 at 7 p.m.
Doors open at 7 p.m. The show is at 8 p.m. The cost is $49.50, $79.50 for advance tickets and $54.50, $84.50 for the day of the show.
Slayer is promoting its 11th studio album, "Repentless." Produced by Terry Date, Repentless was written and recorded by guitarist Kerry King and singer/bassist Tom Araya at Henson Studios in Los Angeles, along with returning drummer Paul Bostaph and guitarist Gary Holt.
Slayer is a five-time nominated, two-time Grammy Award-winning metal juggernaut who writes songs that mirror the turmoil and aberrations of society.
Repentless is the band’s first new album in six years.
The Capitol Theatre is at 149 Westchester Ave., Port Chester.
