The restaurant’s marble bar provides the backdrop for the gatherings, which began April 13.
Every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., a featured winemaker will act as a Guest Sommelier, interacting with restaurant patrons and providing insight into the featured vintages. This opportunity allows guests to learn about the wines straight from the source as they enjoy complimentary tastes of each. In addition, wines will be available by the glass and bottle at specially discounted prices, and wine enthusiasts can opt for a flight of all four wines.
Executive Chef Bobby Will is curating a menu of à la carte dishes to complement the evening’s featured wines, ranging from small plates to composed entrées. In addition, the restaurant’s signature freshly-shucked oysters will receive dedicated wine pairings.

- May 4 Iconic Winery Napa Valley, CA
- May 11 Lafite Rothschild Chile, Argentina, Bordeaux
- May 18 Terlano Alto Adige, Italy
- May 25 Rosés from Around the World Italy, Austria, France, Spain
- June 1 Catena Argentina
- June 8 Coastal Italian Wines Tuscany, Sardinia, Sicily
- June 15 West Coast Pinot Noir Oregon, Sonoma, Santa Rita Hills
Featured wines will also be available for purchase by the bottle through Wine at Five, a specialty wine retailer in Rye who will be the retail partner for all Wine Wednesdays.
