PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Candidates for the Port Chester Board of Education will discuss school issues at a forum Tuesday night.
Incumbent Carolee Brakewood and challenger James Carriere are both campaigning for one open spot. They will discuss issues and answer questions related to the Port Chester School District. The district election will be held May 21.
The forum is hosted by the Rye, Rye Brook and Port Chester League of Women Voters. The event will be held at 7:30 p.m. in Room 229 of Port Chester High School, 1 Tamarack Road.
