Port Chester-Rye Brook Library Showing Star Wars Movies

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Port Chester-Rye Brook Public Library is screening the "Star Wars" movie series in anticipation of the upcoming sequel "The Force Awakens." 

The Port Chester-Rye Brook Public Library is screening all six episodes of the "Star Wars" saga.

The trip to a galaxy far, far away began on Oct. 17 with "Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace." 

The remaining episodes will be screened on the following dates:

  • Oct. 24: "Episode II: Attack of the Clones"
  • Nov. 7: "Episode III: Revenge of the Sith"
  • Nov. 14: "Episode IV: A New Hope"
  • Dec. 5: "Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back"
  • Dec. 12: "Episode VI: Return of the Jedi"

Each screening starts at 2 p.m. 

"The Force Awakens" opens in cinemas with late night shows on Dec. 17.
