Port Chester-Rye Brook Library Hosts Business-Planning Workshop

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- The Port Chester-Rye Brook Library will host a free workshop by Westchester SCORE to help small-business owners develop a winning business plan on Monday, Feb. 3 at 6:30 p.m.

The following topics will be discussed at the workshop:

  • Give business owners goals and direction
  • Develop as a manager
  • Show investors and bankers these business goals
  • Inform employees and suppliers of these goals 
  • Measure performance against them
