PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Bullying and cyber-bullying are repeated actions that make other students at school feel badly about themselves. In an effort to combat this growing concern, the Port Chester-Rye Brook Library will host a program on the topic Wednesday, Oct. 21.
The free program is at 7 p.m. at the library, 1 Haseco Ave., Port Chester, and is sponsored by the Open Door Family Medical Center.
Bullying has become more and more common, and this workshop will cover facts about how one can protect their child and review steps parents and children can take to prevent bullying as well as actions to take when it occurs.
