PORT CHESTER, N.Y. — Halloween festivities were held Thursday in Lyons Park, sponsored by the Port Chester Recreation Department and TD Bank.
A parade kicked off at 6 p.m. led by the middle school marching band. A costume contest followed, with prizes awarded for the scariest, cutest, funniest and most original costumes. There also was candy distributed to all, free tattoos and a haunted maze.
