Neil Young And Crazy Horse Cancel Capitol Theatre Performance, Rest Of Tour

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. – Neil Young and Crazy Horse will not play at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester next week now that the group has canceled its European and U.S. tour dates.

The tour has been canceled due to guitarist Poncho Sampredo’s hand injury, which needs additional time to heal, the band announced.

"We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes to our fans or the festivals where we were scheduled to appear," the band has said in a statement. "As you must be, we too are disappointed at this unfortunate turn of events."

Neil Young and Crazy Horse were scheduled to play The Capitol Theatre on Sept. 2.

Ticket refunds are available at point of purchase, according to a post on The Capitol Theatre's Facebook page.
