According to a statement from the library, the series begins at 3 p.m. on Jan. 13 and will run for six weeks.
The hour-long events are geared toward families with children ages 3-5 years old; the readings focus on STEAM, or Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math.
Full STEAM Ahead is a sensory-based story time program so children and parents are urged to "dress for mess."
Registration for the six-week series is required.
To register or to learn more, visit the Kent Library's website or call Christine Parker, program coordinator, at 845-225-8585.
