Former New York Rangers To Visit Rye Bank

RYE, N.Y. – New York Rangers' alums Adam Graves and Glenn Anderson, members of the 1994 Stanley Cup Championship team, will visit the Chase Bank branch in Rye on Tuesday, Jan. 20, to greet customers, youth hockey participants and families as a part of New York Rangers Assist.

The visit, from 4-6 p.m. is supported by the Chase youth hockey program, which is designed to improve the youth hockey experience and increase opportunities and accessibility to the sport.

The Rangers and Chase will also be holding a youth hockey equipment drive, where the donated equipment will be used to outfit local skaters in need.

Graves and Anderson will distribute tickets for the Jan. 25 Rangers alumni game at the Playland Ice Casino in Rye.

The Jan. 25 event will include a variety of activities such as a “Try Hockey for Free” clinic, free public skating session and an exhibition charity hockey game featuring Rangers alumni who were members of the 1994 Stanley Cup Championship team.

Fans who visit the branch during this appearance will have the opportunity to win tickets to the Rangers game on Jan. 31 against the Carolina Panthers at Madison Square Garden along with other exclusive prizes.

All proceeds from the game will benefit the “Friends of Westchester County” to support future needs of the rink. More information on the Jan. 25 event is online.
