The county will host its annual memorial ceremony at "The Rising" at Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla at 7 p.m. Monday. The Town of Cortlandt and Villages of Buchanan and Croton-on-Hudson will be hosting a dedication ceremony at 4 p.m. at Croton Landing to dedicate a new memorial, "Reaching Through The Shadow."
