PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Rockers 10,000 Maniacs will perform a benefit concert for the Rye Youth Council at the Capitol Theatre on Nov. 20.

10,000 Maniacs formed in 1981 and werre one of the definitive "college rock" bands that set a path for the "alternative rockers" of the 1990s. Their hits include “Hey Jack Kerouac,” “Like The Weather,””Don’t Talk," “What’s The Matter Here?” and a cover of "Because the Night."

Tickets are $40 for balcony seats and $60 for loge.
