Ocean Grille is opening Wednesday at the park, replacing Southside Johnnie's, which closed in December after 17 years. The restaurant is run by Al and Joe Ciuffetelli of Homestyle Catering.
The popular caterers already operate food and beverage concessions at the Westchester County Center, Dundwoodie Golf Course in Yonkers, Putnam County Golf Course, Blue Hill Golf Course in Pearl River and Murray's skating in Yonkers.
Homestyle is paying $92,000 for a one-year licensing fee and the restaurant will be open until October.
