RYE, N.Y. -- Stark Office Suites has entered into a long-term lease for 20,550 square-feet at 800 Westchester Ave. in Rye Brook, making it the company's largest suburban location.

With its domed atrium and white facade, 800 Westchester Ave. has been one of Westchester County's most visible corporate landmarks for more 20 years.

“Stark Office Suites is an ideal business for this remarkable building,” Robert P. Weisz, chair and Chief Executive Officer of the RPW Group, Inc., owner and operator of 800 Westchester Ave., said in a statement. “Stark shares our values of integrity and outstanding service and we are thrilled to welcome them.”

“We are very excited to be in what is arguably the most impressive building in the county and to work with Robert Weisz, one of Westchester and Fairfield County's largest and most respected commercial real estate developers,” Stark said in a release.

Stark Office Suites is an independent provider of premium turn-key office space and high-end amenities for professionals and entrepreneurs in the suburban New York market, according to its website.
